The company BMIDefenseSystems, Inc. (formerly known as BMICombatSystems) is a Native American, woman-owned small business in College Station, Texas. Formed in 2004, our purpose is to protect the warfighter by developing safer and superior equipment positively impacting mission success.
BMIDefenseSystems was certified in March 2008 as an 8(a) Program Participant and a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
In September 2008, BMIDefenseSystems and BAE Systems launched a Mentor-Protege Agreement administered by the Department of Defense Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization.
BMIDefenseSystems specializes in developing and manufacturing components and accessories for military vehicles with an emphasis in force protection.
